  2. After your order has been screened or checked, you will receive a confirmatory message from the online team. They will then prepare your order for delivery to your designated shipping details. (Please note that there will be added delays in your deliverables due to the current COVID pandemic still apparent in the Philippines. For Metro Manila, please expect your deliveries to arrive from 1-7 days and for Provincial is 7-14 days.) Tracking No. will be provided once the items have been shipped.
  3. If customer opts for PICK-UP of products, it can be scheduled for pick up in our Office Space in Makati (Trans-phil Bldg., Bagtikan St., Cor. Chino Roces Ave., Makati City) from 8am to 5pm only.
